REGULATION ON THE PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
CLARIFICATION TEXT
As E.R.M RENT A CAR LTD. ("Joyprus"), we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. Your personal data are processed and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 (TRNC) (hereinafter referred to as "KVKY"). The relevant law is regulated to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons whose personal data are processed, including the privacy of private life, which is also protected by our Constitution and TRNC Criminal Laws, and to determine the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data.
The purpose of our personal data protection and processing policy ("PDP Policy") is to establish management instructions and procedural requirements to ensure that Joyprus processes and protects personal data in accordance with the PDP Policy.
In accordance with the KVKY, your personal data will be collected and processed by us as the data controller within the scope described below. As Joyprus, in accordance with the KVKY and in the capacity of Data Controller, your personal data will be recorded, stored, updated, disclosed/transferred to third parties where permitted by the legislation, classified and processed in the ways listed in the KVKY within the framework described on this page.

Pursuant to KVKY, your personal data that you share with Joyprus may be processed by us in whole or in part, automatically or by non-automatic means, provided that it is part of any data recording system, by obtaining, recording, storing, storing, changing, rearranging, in short, subject to any kind of processing performed on the data. Your personal data may be collected in written/physical or electronic media when you purchase products or services from Joyprus, participate in trainings, events, use Joyprus services, login/application to advertisements or marketing advertisements, become a member or register and through cookies.

Joyprus, in its capacity as data controller and by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures;

C. METHOD OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTION
In accordance with the KVKY, your personal data that you share with Joyprus may be processed by us, in whole or in part, automatically or by non-automatic means, provided that it is part of any data recording system, by obtaining, recording, storing, storing, changing, rearranging, in short, subject to any kind of processing performed on the data. Any operation performed on the data within the scope of KVKY is accepted as "processing of personal data".
Joyprus will be able to collect and process the data of its users through its web pages and calls for the following purposes in general:

By accepting the Personal Data Protection Policy, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use and transfer of your personal data, which you have given your explicit consent to be shared with Joyprus and Joyprus's domestic and foreign business partners, employees and third parties within the scope of Joyprus applications and services, in order to provide you with various advantages. In addition, this information will only be shared with third parties with whom we have a contractual relationship, who bear the same legal and technical responsibilities as us in terms of data protection and security, who comply with the provisions of the relevant legislation, only in case of need and to the extent necessary, in order to ensure that the services to be provided to you can be provided flawlessly, to deliver your possible shipments in a healthy manner, to deliver our notifications via phone, sms and / or e-mail on time.
Joyprus may share your website visit or membership data and traffic information such as your navigation information with public institutions and organizations that are legally authorized to request this information for your security and Joyprus to fulfill its obligation under the law (such as, but not limited to, combating crime and threats to state and public security, where Joyprus has a legal or administrative obligation to notify or provide information).
